Lynn has worked as a Licensed Real Estate Sales executive in several regions across British Columbia. In this capacity, she won many achievement awards including National Listing Presentation Award, top sales and top referrals awards.
Lynn’s real estate experience also includes Managing Broker and Sales Manager positions for two major real estate offices located in Victoria, B.C. She was directly responsible for agent recruiting and retention, sales training, coaching, office operations and the overall day to day management.
In a related field, Lynn has also held senior level sales management positions with two national companies, both with a significant portfolio of five star rated retirement communities. In addition to overseeing advertising, budgets, marketing events, community outreach and customer relations she also worked with seniors to go through the process of listing their homes for sale and provide guidance and assistance with all of their downsizing needs.
Lynn actively participates in real estate industry and seniors’ organizations boards and committees. Her many accomplishments includes establishing a new model of sales and investment of vacation properties in Mexico.
